“Turquoise Sea” is Eventstellar’s eleventh single, released worldwide through Madelos Music on August 31, 2018. It was recorded between Skógafoss Studios in Reykjavík, Iceland and The Warehouse Zone in Dublin, Ireland. The single was produced by Jaxhe and Jesse Rómlárson. Recording, mixing and mastering was handled by Jaxhe with Matt Dublin.

This single marks the first time Eventstellar experiments with the Bossa Nova genre, blending its organic touch with the project’s atmospheric and ambient tendencies. Built around themes of distance, memory, and emotional departure, the release explores the ocean not just as a setting, but as a metaphor for longing and transcendence.

“Endless” traces the beginning of a personal journey—leaving behind simplicity in pursuit of something greater. Structured like an anthem of escape, it speaks of tearing down boundaries and embracing the unknown. With references to ships, stars, and imagination, the song captures the spirit of possibility and the courage to begin again.

“Caribbean Blue” (originally titled “Caribbean Glow”) moves toward stillness. It is a nocturnal Bossa Nova piece, centered on whispers, color, and light dissolving into dusk. The lyrics unfold across a sunset horizon, with waves of amber and memory guiding the listener into a glowing calm. There is no urgency here only the slow stretch of time as day gives way to night.

“Turquoise Sea” closes the single with a pure ambient atmosphere. As the only instrumental track, it offers space and silence. Like floating without direction, carried by tides of sound and emotion. Its textures shimmer and recede, like moonlight on water, without beginning or end.

Turquoise Sea stands as a quiet chapter in Eventstellar’s story, a coastal meditation rendered in color, rhythm, and silence.
