“Nigh Uncatchable” is Eventstellar’s seventeenth single, released worldwide through Sólir Music on November 30, 2018. The single was fully recorded, mixed, and mastered at The Warehouse Zone in Dublin, Ireland during October 2018. It was produced by Matt Dublin and Arlow Winslow, recorded by Sōun Kanda, mixed by Michael Nikou and mastered by Magnus Thomasson.

With this release, Eventstellar closes the cosmic arc that defined its earliest phase. A trilogy of sound shaped by space rock, dark matter, and the edge of the universe. Nigh Uncatchable acts as the transition point, bridging that vastness with a new chapter rooted in earthly emotions: love, desire, memory. It is the entryway into the Dream Pop Arc, where muses take shape and stories unfold beneath city lights instead of constellations.

“Nigh Uncatchable” delivers a playful, lo-fi dream rock anthem filled with yearning, fantasy and unapologetic charisma. “Sugar girl! Let’s go!” opens the ride, as the narrator weaves through romantic delusion and hopeful obsession. There’s humor in the seduction, honesty in the bravado and vulnerability beneath the beat. This is a love song for the unattainable, a rhythmic confession wrapped in neon.

“Nigh Uncatchable (Jordan Joy Version)”offers a parallel vision. Stripped of roughness, smoother in its delivery, but retaining the heartbeat of the original. In this version, the performance becomes more sensual than satirical, more intimate than eccentric. If the original flirts with madness, this version flirts with memory.

“First Pulse (Nigh Version)” reimagines one of Eventstellar’s foundational songs through the lens of the new arc. The raw urgency of the original remains, but the context changes. It’s no longer just about cosmic awakening, it’s about emotional ignition. “No past, no plan / Just where we stand” now resonates as a statement of romantic risk and freedom, not just metaphysical release.

The cover art completes the final transition. A planetary horizon, bathed in silence and light, where night is both the end and the beginning. With Nigh Uncatchable, Eventstellar lands back on Earth, not to rest, but to dream with eyes open.
